    Security Deposit - A $500.00 security deposit is required. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure.

    Reservation Policy - 50% of the total rental cost is required to reserve The Garden of Eden.  The balance will be due 45 days prior to your arrival.
